INSB Class is firmly committed to advancing safety regulations and pursues continuous performance improvement in the main Port State Control regions through a vigilant approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through its focused effort and unwavering commitment for safety, INSB Class advanced further its overall Port State Control&nbsp;performance during 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TOKYO MOU<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Year 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Port State Control Authorities of Asia-Pacific region&nbsp;(<strong>Tokyo MoU<\/strong>)&nbsp;have released on 8 May 2023 their&nbsp;<strong>Annual Report 2022&nbsp;<\/strong>together with the 3-year performance listings 2020-2022 for Recognized Organizations and Flag States, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the released PSC information, in&nbsp;<strong>2022<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;INSB Class<\/strong>&nbsp;received&nbsp;<strong>15 Inspections<\/strong>&nbsp;and zero&nbsp;<strong>(0) RO-related detentions<\/strong>&nbsp;(see table 06-page 31 of Tokyo MoU Annual Report 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, to years 2020 and 2021,&nbsp;<strong>INSB Class maintained its performing quality also in 2022<\/strong>, with&nbsp;<strong>no RO-related detentions<\/strong>&nbsp;being attributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Performance over the 3-year rolling period 2020-2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Tokyo MoU rolling period&nbsp;<strong>2020-2022<\/strong>, INSB Class recorded a total of&nbsp;<strong>43 inspections<\/strong>&nbsp;with<strong>&nbsp;zero (0) RO related detentions<\/strong>&nbsp;being attributed (see below table 12 of Tokyo MoU report).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><u>Note:<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>INSB Class not reflected in the RO performance table 2020-2022 (Table 12, pages 44 and 45 of the Annual Report 2022) since has less than the required minimum number&nbsp;of inspections (i.e., ROs involved in 60-179 inspections with zero detentions are not included in that table)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Tokyo MoU Annual overview, having recorded&nbsp;<strong>485 Inspections, two (2) RO-related detention<\/strong>s and an overall&nbsp;<strong>excess factor of -0.63,<\/strong>&nbsp;INSB Class met the RO criteria for its fleet to qualify as&nbsp;<strong>Low Risk Ships&nbsp;<\/strong>under the Paris MoU inspection regime, valid for the period: 07-2023 \/ 06-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BLACK SEA MOU<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Year 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Port State Control Authorities of Black Sea region (<strong>Black Sea MoU<\/strong>)&nbsp;have released on 3 July 2023 their&nbsp;<strong>Annual Report 2022&nbsp;<\/strong>together with the 3-year performance listings 2020-2022 for Recognized Organizations and Flag States, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the released PSC information,&nbsp;<strong>in 2022<\/strong>, INSB Class received&nbsp;<strong>224 Inspections&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>zero (0) RO-related detentions<\/strong>&nbsp;(see table 11-page 22 of Black Sea MoU Annual Report 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, to years 2020 and 2021,&nbsp;<strong>INSB Class maintained its performing quality also in 2022<\/strong>, with no RO-related detentions being attributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Performance over the 3-year rolling period 2020-2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Black Sea MoU rolling period&nbsp;<strong>2020-2022<\/strong>, INSB Class recorded a total of&nbsp;<strong>566 inspections<\/strong>&nbsp;with<strong>&nbsp;zero (0) RO related detentions<\/strong>&nbsp;being attributed
